Shipping
Every Otzera gemstone is shipped fully insured for its complete value. Because each piece is unique and high in value, shipments are sent via secure, signature-required courier and are tracked from our hands to yours.
Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of cleared payment. International shipping is available; transit times, duties, and import taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. For especially valuable pieces, we may arrange a specialist logistics service and will coordinate timing with you directly.
Returns
We want you to be confident in your acquisition. Unless a piece was made or sourced to bespoke specification, you may return an eligible gemstone within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible, the stone must be returned in its original, unaltered condition, with all certification and documentation intact, and must not have been set, recut, or otherwise modified. Return shipping must be fully insured; we are glad to advise on secure arrangements. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Inspection
All returns are examined by an independent gemologist on receipt to confirm the stone and its certification match what was sold. Refunds are issued once inspection is complete, to the original payment method.
