FAQ

Are your gemstones certified?

Many of our stones are accompanied by an independent laboratory report from a recognised lab such as GIA or SSEF. When a report is included, it is described on the product page, along with the issuing laboratory and report number. Where a stone is offered without independent certification, we say so plainly and describe it on the basis of our own gemological assessment.

Are the stones natural and untreated?

We specialise in natural gemstones and disclose treatment to the extent it is known or can be reasonably determined. When a stone is untreated and this is supported by a laboratory report, we state it explicitly. We never misrepresent treatment status.

What is the Otzera rating?

Selected gemstones are graded on the Otzera 1–50 scale, our own assessment of a stone's overall quality and collectibility. The rating is separate from any independent laboratory report and is explained on the relevant product pages and our rating system page.

Can I see more images or arrange a viewing?

Absolutely. Because each piece is one of a kind, we are glad to provide additional photography, video, or certification on request, and to arrange a private viewing for serious enquiries. Please contact us.

How is payment handled?

Payment is processed securely at checkout. For high-value acquisitions we can also arrange alternative secure payment methods; reach out and we will guide you through the options.

How are gemstones shipped?

Every order is shipped fully insured via secure, signature-required courier. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What is your return policy?

Eligible gemstones may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unaltered condition. Full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you source specific stones?

We do. If you are seeking a particular gemstone — a specific origin, colour, or size — tell us what you are looking for and we will draw on our network to find it.
